You may cancel your enrollment and receive a full refund up to 7 days before Session 1 of your cohort. To cancel, email sabrena@hellohired.net before the deadline.
Within 7 days of Session 1, refunds are not available. This is because your seat holds space in a small cohort and can no longer be filled by another applicant.
If a genuine emergency prevents you from attending (serious illness, family crisis, unavoidable work conflict), Sabrena will work with you to defer your enrollment to the next cohort at no additional cost. Deferrals are granted at Sabrena's discretion and require you to reach out as soon as circumstances allow.
In the unlikely event Sabrena cancels the cohort before it begins, all participants receive a full refund. If a single session must be rescheduled, participants are given advance notice and access to a makeup session or recording.
The Landing is designed as a three-week arc, and full attendance is expected. If you miss a session, no partial refund is available. Session recordings will be provided for reference, but the peer interaction and real-time coaching cannot be replicated.
If you enrolled on a payment plan and cancel within the refund window, remaining installments are stopped and any amounts already paid are refunded (minus a small processing fee if applicable). Payment plans do not extend the refund window.
You may cancel and receive a full refund up to 48 hours before your scheduled Teardown session. To cancel, email sabrena@hellohired.net.
Once the session begins, or within 48 hours of the scheduled time, refunds are not available. Rescheduling to a future date is available at no cost, subject to availability.
If you don't show up for your scheduled Teardown, you may reschedule once at no charge if you contact Sabrena within 48 hours. No-shows without communication forfeit the session.
The Search is a custom coaching engagement. Refund terms are described in the individual engagement agreement you sign at the start of the engagement. Generally, unused sessions may be refunded, prorated to the number of sessions completed.

The Clarity Call is a free 20-minute conversation. No payment is required, so no refund applies. You may cancel or reschedule via the Calendly link in your confirmation email.
Books and journals purchased through Amazon are subject to Amazon's return policy, not HelloHired's.
Digital products purchased through Gumroad (such as the Resume Reveal or Tax Toolkit) are subject to Gumroad's refund policy, which generally allows refunds within a specified window after purchase. Contact Gumroad support for those requests.
Email sabrena@hellohired.net with your name, the service you purchased, and the reason for the refund request. Refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days and returned to the original payment method.
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact Sabrena directly before filing a chargeback with your bank. Almost every concern can be resolved through direct conversation. Chargebacks filed without prior communication may result in additional fees and forfeiture of any remaining refund eligibility.
