Who these terms apply to

These Terms of Service are a legal agreement between you and HelloHired, operated by Sabrena Alvin (based in Atlanta, Georgia, United States). They apply to visitors of hellohired.net, applicants to any HelloHired program, and clients of any coaching engagement.

What HelloHired provides

HelloHired offers career strategy, executive coaching, cohort programs (including The Landing), resume audits (The Teardown), and educational content (books, journals, guides). Specific services are described on hellohired.net and in individual client agreements.

Applications and enrollment

Submitting an application to The Landing or any HelloHired program does not guarantee acceptance. Sabrena reviews every application personally and reserves the right to accept or decline any applicant at her discretion. Cohort seats are limited and offered on a rolling basis until filled.

Enrollment is confirmed only after payment has been received. Payment terms are described in your specific enrollment confirmation and on the applicable service page.

Payment and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Prices are subject to change, though changes will not affect enrollments that have already been confirmed with payment.

The Landing founding cohort is priced at $497 (through July 17, 2026) or $597 (through July 20, 2026), with payment plan options available. Future cohorts will be priced at $1,500 and up.

Refund policy

Refund terms depend on the specific service. See our Refund Policy for full details.

• The Clarity Call is free; no refund applies
• The Teardown is refundable up to 48 hours before the scheduled session
• The Landing is refundable up to 7 days before Session 1; deferrals may be available for emergencies
• The Search is governed by the specific engagement agreement

Your responsibilities

To get the most from HelloHired services and to be a good participant in any cohort or coaching engagement, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information in applications and communications
• Show up to scheduled sessions on time and prepared
• Maintain confidentiality of anything shared by other cohort participants
• Do the between-session work assigned for cohort programs
• Communicate promptly if circumstances change
• Treat Sabrena, staff, and other participants with respect

What HelloHired does not promise

HelloHired provides guidance, strategy, and coaching. It does not guarantee specific outcomes such as a job offer, promotion, salary increase, or any career result. Your outcomes depend on many factors including your effort, market conditions, and circumstances outside HelloHired's control.

HelloHired coaching is not therapy, legal advice, medical advice, or financial advice. If you need those services, please consult a licensed professional.

Intellectual property

All content on hellohired.net, including written materials, curriculum, frameworks, methodologies, images, and audio/video recordings, is the intellectual property of HelloHired and Sabrena Alvin. You may use materials provided during coaching for your personal career development. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell HelloHired materials without written permission.

Any work you create during coaching (your resume, positioning brief, application materials, etc.) belongs to you.

Confidentiality

Sabrena treats what you share in coaching sessions and applications as confidential. Information will not be shared with third parties without your permission, except as legally required or as necessary to deliver services (payment processing, scheduling).

Cohort participants are expected to keep confidential what other participants share during sessions. Violations of cohort confidentiality may result in removal from the program.

Cancellation of services

HelloHired reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any program if circumstances require it. If a cohort is canceled by HelloHired before it begins, participants receive a full refund. If a session must be rescheduled, participants receive advance notice and access to a makeup session or recording.

Limitation of liability

HelloHired's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. HelloHired is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, such as liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.

Before pursuing formal legal action, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute by contacting Sabrena directly at sabrena@hellohired.net. Most concerns can be resolved through direct conversation.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated occasionally to reflect changes to services or legal requirements. Material changes will be posted at the top of this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of HelloHired services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
