For two decades, the work centered on connecting talent with opportunity from the employer's side of the table: running searches, building teams, and learning firsthand what hiring committees actually reward and what quietly holds strong candidates back.
In 2019, that experience was refocused into HelloHired, a career advisory firm built to serve professionals directly. The name changed and the client changed, but the through-line never did: we know what the room sees, and we help good people show it. More than two decades of career and talent-market expertise now sit on the client's side of the table.

HelloHired is led by Sabrena Alvin, whose background spans more than a decade in talent acquisition and people operations at Amazon, AWS, and Asana, alongside the firm's own history advising careers since 1999. She is a two-time published author on career strategy and holds an MBA, a BS from Clark Atlanta University, and a career-coaching certification. She has spent her career on the hiring side of the table, which is the vantage point most career advice is missing.
